2. Delivery Timelines
•Domestic Shipping: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes7–10 business days.
•Express Options: Some ZipHub-affiliated vendors offer expedited shipping; however, these orders usually must be placed by12:00 PM (CT/local time) to ensure priority handling.
•Tracking: You will typically receive a tracking number via email once the carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or local couriers) scans the package.
3. Shipping Costs and Restrictions
•FOB (Freight on Board): Many ZipHub vendors ship "FOB Shipping Point," meaning the buyer pays the shipping costs, which are added to the final invoice.
•Weight Limits: Items over150 lbs or those with irregular dimensions may be diverted tomotor freight (LTL) rather than standard ground shipping.
•P.O. Boxes: In most cases, ZipHub servicescannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address is required.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
•Inspection: You are encouraged to inspect the package upon arrival. If damage is visible, you must note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
•Reporting Window: Most ZipHub-related stores require you to report defects or shipping errors within48 hours of receipt to qualify for a risk-free replacement
